Your own events & extended hours and evening program

You can organize your own events in the versatile meeting spaces at Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre during KoneAgria. Additionally, on Thursday and Friday during the extended hours, it is possible to hold events at the booths. There will be an "after work" event in the main lobby during this time. You can continue your evening at the official after-party location for KoneAgria, H5 Bar & Cellar.

Your Own Events - Meeting Spaces 

Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre offers various opportunities for hosting your own meetings during KoneAgria. There are meeting spaces available in different sizes to accommodate various needs. More information about meeting spaces can be found here.

KoneAgria provides free space for associations representing visitors for gatherings of 1-2 hours during the event. Ensure the availability of your space in advance by contacting noora.sormunen@messukeskus.com. In your message, please specify the purpose of the space, the number of people, and your preferred time.

Extended Hours Exhibitors have the opportunity to host their own events at their booths after regular opening hours during the extended hours on Thursday and Friday, from 5 PM to 7 PM. Please remember to notify by September 29, 2023, if you wish to organize your own event at booth 12 or 13 on October 12 or 13, from 5 PM to 7 PM. During the extended hours, there will be an "after work" event in the main entrance lobby to quench the thirst of the guests.

It is advisable to pre-order catering for booth events. Read more about restaurant services and the form for ordering booth catering.

After the extended hours, you can continue your evening with your clients or colleagues at the official KoneAgria after-party location, H5 Bar & Cellar.

H5 Bar & Cellar, located in the center of Tampere on the main street near the railway station at Hämeenkatu 5, 33100 Tampere, serves as the official after-party location for KoneAgria.

H5 consists of a pub on the upper floor and a nightclub on the lower floor, both under the same roof. There will be drink offers for KoneAgria ticket holders.

H5 Bar & Barrel The perfect place when the big three at the suburban bar are boring, and champagne is too stiff. A slightly more upscale selection and a much more relaxed atmosphere. Free entry.

H5 Cellar In this cellar, every evening is different. Live bands and the city's best DJs guarantee a lively party atmosphere until the early hours. Age limit: 22 and over. Free entry to the nightclub on Friday and Saturday before 11 PM with a KoneAgria ticket. VIP table reservations with drink packages are available on the nightclub side. Koff 0.4L for €5, Crowmoor 0.3L for €5, Lonkero 0.3L for €5, and House Wine Bottle for €20. 

Additionally, there is a special KoneAgria cocktail prepared by the master mixologist.

You can also head to The Red Lion pub, which is less than 200 meters away from H5 and part of the same chain, for the after-party. The Red Lion is located at Tuomiokirkonkatu 34, 33100 Tampere. The Red Lion offers a diverse selection of beers and broadcasts sports on multiple TVs.
